And don't forget Rasheed who had 3 babies under medicare and now can't believe, because he's making a living wage currently, that he can't get "free" anymore.
Let's disincentivize all the Monica and Mikey's in this country; and make life as easy as possible for all the other crayons in the box and sure enough, as has happened in other countries, Mon and Mike will just stop showing up also.
