Before they get any help one very important requirement, that is overlooked, should be that they learn to make a good automobile. Ya know, like Toyota and Honda.

Mercury, Lincoln and Buick are in the top ten for reliability with Honda and Toyota. Caddy may be close.

GM & Chrysler were killed by the UAW, govt taxes & regulation.
