Do u mean I can become a captive agent of FL blue directly without join a insuance broker first? By the way, I need training and knowledge since I am so new, I thought join a biker firm will be a better idea. But I just do not know the reputable broker firm in Tampa area which recruit new agent , train and provide support , by the way, I want do deeper with Medicare Etc. thanks

In FL if you want to join FL blue, you can only sell them. You can be an “indy agent” but you’ll have one company in your bag. Do yourself a favor. Don’t.
