I am new to the business and I am researching CRMs and I like what Agent-CRM has to offer. I am looking for any feedback, positive or negative about their program. Looking for current users or past users.

just an FYI I’ve never seen a CRM too expensive if they are good. We spend thousands per month on marketing. Spending 50-$150 is nothing if they help you create that sale with automation.

I have been using Agent CRM for leads as of the last few months, I find them good to work with,

They have packages where you are basically paying months in advance and getting free done for you hours where they will build out workflows for you

as well as addition text and email credits

CS is good they have several ways to contact and get CS fast

You can get it through either Luis Murano or Cody Askings and get their prebuilt workflows

I’ve been using RadiusBob for over a decade as my CRM with automation. It doesn’t mean they’re the best. It means that not one single company was successful at transferring my data to a new CRM.

I also use Search and save to look up doctors and meds. It’s a CRM but I don’t use it as that.
