UPDATE:
Received a credit on appointment that they could not set, based on their people, call center, lists or system??
Waiting for my last credit based on unqualified, confused and no show appointments.
By the way I have hired and trained my own callers when I was an FA and I have had great results with a couple different call centers. Great results, just very inconsistent appointments, which is why you want five lead generation sources. Diversify, diversify, diversify. As a matter of fact I believe in multiple streams of income from a few different sources. If you really want to have a good feeling!!
It is all about mindset and psychology anyway.
