Hello, have you considered BrokerAdvantage (formerly Insurint)?
In April of 2010, Insurint (mentioned in this thread) was acquired by Connecture, one of the leading health insurance technology companies in the US. Connecture has been around since 1993, our sales automation platform is endorsed by the Blue Cross Association, and over 50,000 brokers use Connecture technology. At Connecture, our sole focus is technology- we do not sell insurance or run a down-line of brokers, we never compete against our broker customers. We listen and speak to brokers about reform, and in fact I am serving on the broker Technical Advisory Group for one state’s health insurance exchange, to help them define an exchange that includes the brokers and ensures that individual and group health consumers are given the educated, experienced assistance they need and deserve as they choose the right plan.

FWIW...Although I have never been a customer of Insurint, they seem like they are developing some products worth a look. And Mark has been around here for a while.
