Health care sector demand continuous improvement due to which they give various incentive and reward to health care labor which will impact the labor cost as well (Bodenheimer & Fernandez, 2005).
Firstly, the government needs to take sufficient effort to lower down the inflation rate so that wages can remain at similar level. In addition to this, the government needs to initiate program so that more skilled health care staff including nurses, physician and technician to health care sector. It will lower down the demand of the staff which will lower down the high rise wages. In short, health care agencies is require maintain an equilibrium in demand and supply (Bodenheimer & Fernandez, 2005).
