These forums are an amazing resource, so thank you for everybody who contributes.
I have built an agency that has grown extremely quickly so I need to take on additional funding to scale appropriately. So I am working on my business plan, but I am having trouble finding a retail financial model/template that is applicable to the insurance industry. It is for a remote P&C commercial only office with 4 staff. 99% of all communication is done over the phone/email, licensed in 30+ states and adding more as we grow. Let me know any details I missed!
Also, how is everybody tracking financials? Right now we are using quickbooks but it seems several AMS's do it as well.
