Help!!! I Need a CRM

    Is there a version of YIO for MAC. I downloaded it but it would not open because it was not supported on the MAC platform?

    I'm also a Life & Health agent, as well. And our office uses Salesforce as our CRM. It is integrated to our 3cx phone via a CTI called Tenfold.

    Salesforce is easy-to-use, has a good self-service platform, and reporting feature is done in real-time.

    HubSpot is a great solution. I think they count on a certain number of people using their upgrade services so they offer to be used for free.

    The feature I really like is email opens are tracked, so if I am sitting at my desk I get an alert the second someone opens my message. Follow up can happen while I am front of mind.
