Help me get rid of these e-mails

I keep getting emails that someone posted on a tread that I'm following.

I went to me settings and removed all notifications, but that doesn't seem to apply to emails. Also I followed the directions at the bottom of the email by replying with 'Remove' however it just seems to remove emails from that thread, not any new threads I belong to

You'll want to go under preferences under settings on your account page. There's another box to uncheck next to "receive email notifications for replies."
