Help Me Get Rolling Again

Re: Help Me Get Rollin Again.

Again -- you need to post in offers section or buy ads on the forum--

I'm going to respectfully disagree with you on that point. The nice lady was looking for some help and I was letting her know what I had available and what I could help with.

Re: Help Me Get Rollin Again.

If you are going to be respectful I will ask you to leave this forum sir.

Rick

My bad, I forgot how bad things have been getting lately. Let me rephrase:

Go play in traffic!

Re: Help Me Get Rollin Again.

I would stay away from mortgage protection. The real estate market isn't so hot right now. Too many agents fighting over a small pool of new home buyers. Someone closes on a loan and they get bombarded with like 15 insurance mailers from different companies. Unless you are the first person to get your piece of mail to them, good luck. Why drop $400 or so to "be considered". It's going to come down to which mailer the person is attracted to most. If anyone is mailing locally with a local mailing address, it's not going to help if your mail is coming from North Carolina. They'll get the business before you. I know I'd want to deal with a local company. With mortgage protection, I think you'd be better off mailing to folks who bought last year. They aren't being bombarded with mail anymore. Call Frank. He's the man. He'll show you how to put money in your pocket. Then if you want to mail for FE or MP, go ahead. Cold calling for FE and MP would be painful. Those folks on your list might have a need for the product but they don't know it. You have to convince them. The Senior market has already purchased the product we are selling. No need to convince anyone. They already use the product. It's already built into their budgets. We just want to save them money and get paid in the process. Now that's what I call a niche. Call Frank. He's a professional. That's just my two cents.

Re: Help Me Get Rollin Again.

The commission numbers or the 3 hot ladies pictured in her avatar?

The commission numbers. I'd say the 3 ladies pictured in her avatar are above average.
