Remember if they don't unbundle, she pays for everything. To bundle cobra or unbundle cobra is entirely the employers choice. They just have to be consistent.
 
It's 60 days for Cobra acceptance, and she is able to keep the Cobra dental separately. And I told you this was the best route in post #2
63 days to be precise. The extra days allow for two full months including Jul-Aug and Dec-Jan, the only two month periods that have a combined 62 days.
 
I hope you good souls can give me some guidance here.

Humana/Silver PPO off-exchange has the childrens dental but orthodontia benefits not really explained. She wants to know if they will cover his remaining treatment and how much is her portion. How do I answer that?

Based on what's been discussed in this thread thus far, why even consider Humana, PolicyDoctor? Are they the only reputable major medical carrier in your prospect's zip code?

Well Ac....it's the only carrier I have been using for the limited amount of cases I wrote this year.
Referral only.
I was hoping this obamacare would get squelched but it seems it will continue.

Not enthused about this product, but will sign up with more carriers as more are coming into GA both on and off exchange.
