I like it. It loads fast and is easy to navigate to where you want to be. The only thing I like to see that you do not have is some type of about us page that gives me some idea of who I am dealing with.

Okay, I don't get the Google ad's pushing them to another agent or company. I mean, I know Google pays you when they buy it from these other guys, but don't you make more money to sell them directly from your website.
Maybe you are thinking if they don't want to buy from you, then maybe they will use one of the google links and you will still at least make something.

Pretty good lead-gen site, but I would either get the lead gen working and remove the adsense, or get rid of the lead-gen and make it plainer for the adsense. Giving people too many choices causes a lot of them to make no choice at all.
Keep in mind what you want the visitor to focus on, which I assume is pressing the 'get quote' button.
The carrier logos are to big, they distract the focus rather than just being a sublimal message that they should be.
I'm not in love with the guy and the gal sitting in front of the car that is parked in the grass. Not terrible, just doesn't make me want to fill out the quote request either, no sense of urgency or value.

Yout missing a few essentials for an insurance website...but to name a few.
The first thing you need to do is axe the google ads because your visitors will find them annoying. Not to mention this is an advertisement that is encourging them to visit other websites for their insurance needs. You should never direct someone away from your website. The goal is for them to request information for you not someone else.
There's also a few typos you may want to fix. You also have alot of content on your website that would be better used in a blog that linked backed to your website rather than being on your website. This will help with SEO if done properly.
