Brokerage or captive?

How long have they been using brokers?

As Todd pointed out, a carrier that is only competitive on one plan probably isn't a good horse to ride.

But folks looking for low rate only will some day regret it.

I was captive.

They've been back in the Med Supp business for quite a few years...not sure how they were marketing them.

I don't think they've used brokers for very long.

I wouldn't ride that horse now if all their plans were the best price.

Yep, I watched UA go from about the best rate...to one of the highest.
