It would be very interesting to compare the Travelers vs. Chubb premium on this property. Travelers has an EXCELLENT High Value home program (called Platinum Plus)....at least it's a great program here in Georgia. Travelers regular HO and Auto rates aren't very competitive locally, but the Platinum Plus is the one Travelers policy I actually sell.

I know that Chubb is regarded as the best in the industry for high value homes, but I've never seen how their premiums compare?

How far is it to the brush. That's a big factor. 500-1000 feet?

If it was declined by Allied for this reason, it's within 1250 feet.

We usually go with Allied, Travelers, sometimes Kemper. Don't have Chubb.
