Thinking outside the box spinning off from others...from established relationships have a webform or CTA button on realtor websites?

That's actually not a bad idea. Having a form on the Realtor's site might not be the best idea simply because that lead may not go directly to you. However if they're okay with having a CTA button on their site promoting homeowner's insurance that would link to your site, that would be better. And if you do that you should make sure you have that traffic directed to a landing page or at least a content page (specifically about homeowner's insurance) with lead capture on it so your conversion rate will be higher.
 
With that CTA button you can absolutely have the lead sent to you... very easy whether you're a webform, landing page, etc. You scratch their back and they'll scratch yours. Good luck!
