Honestly, there is almost no chance this person does not have CHF. You should write them GI and call it a day.

Even if you can get them approved by some carrier and they live 2 years, the carrier will certainly lose money on this case which is why you shouldn't do it. Us agents making money and being "safe" because a client lived two years is not good enough. The carrier needs to make money too or the product ends.

If you get this client a preferred or standard plan, they will die from their CHF within a time frame that will result in the carrier losing money.
Even if they had CHF, there are better options than a GI carrier. UHL Express Issue will pay full comp to the agent and is better for the client as well. Just a tip.
