Before someone asks a question, you could have it prompt "It looks like you're asking a question! Before you hit post, make sure that you include your state and insurance lines to get the best answers"

Something like that.

If they don't do it, I'll immediately ban them.

You can add gifs. They just have to be under 2mb.

yes, an an attachment, but I meant to make it easier. insurance forums could link the website to something like [EXTERNAL LINK] - GIPHY - Be Animated and you could be able to easily inset any gif from that website into a post.

Another example would be on an Android phone, the standard keyboard has a key at the top of it titled "GIF", if you tap it, it automatically brings up GIFs, and you can even search google for gifs. All right inside the keyboard.
