He doesn't understand that you never know when a small account will turn into a large one. I personally knew of an agent that years ago wrote a couple of small "burial" polices on a couple. Turned out that son was a principle in a large multistate company whom he met doing some service work for his clients. To make a very long story short, the agent ended up with a payroll deduction case offering life and ancillary health products to all the employees. He also introduced another agent to the company that took care of all the companies business life insurance needs on a split basis. Not bad for small case.lol, 90% of my income is P&C. I used to make about $200/hr. pre-COVID but I lost staff so my per hour income went down but my annual income is up. It's all a numbers game.
