As a northerner tires of snow & grey skies, we tire of cloudless sunny days especially after a summer like this one. All of my complaints aside, it is true that there is a lot of green here. Golf courses and palm trees dot the landscape as much as cactus and flowering desert plants. It's just that my kiddos want to go outside and play, but when it's late October and we just dipped below 100 degrees, I forget to be thankful for the beauty we enjoy. Now...how about more green hundred dollar bills, please.

BTW..what's up with these Google-Click URL's preventing use of the BACK Navigation button? This forum has the problem, along with an increasing number of other websites. Anyone know? BTW..Firefox is not affected. Just Internet Explorer.
