I was talking with someone recently about hiring a csr and being able to afford it, and they commented "I couldn't afford my csr until I hired her". That made a lot of sense since you can focus on production and sell more being able to delegate service work and handling smaller accounts to your csr. In theory the csr should pay for themselves once they're trained.
