How long should a carrier appointment take?

I know Covid has slowed some processes down, but how long should you expect a carrier to take to get an agent appointed if submitted through SureLC?

Sr Life is within 2 business days. They are hungry for the business. From some of the comments up here on the forum about some of the carriers it almost looks like those FE carriers don't have too much desire to stay in the game. Especially Transamerica.

I've had a few that took what seemed like forever... don't be afraid to call and push a little. The greasy wheel thing.

I haven't seen that fast of an appointment in long, long time.

I am expecting about a week or two + -. Some are surprisingly fast, some are stupid slow.

This is a great time to contact the up line. It is their job. If you / they just sit on it you could wait two weeks to hear they lost your paperwork or had a question.

I don't recall the worst. Maybe MoO or SON
