How to Approach Beneficiaries?

Some great suggestions but it all boils down to one thing.. Just ask!. Some folks use a smooth approach like the one laid out by Newby and others simply say, "I like a few minutes to talk with you about your life and burial insurance". Both groups write more business than those that sit around waiting for the "right time" to approach them. .... Even it they introduce themselves as "Billy Badass". :1smile:

Reminds me of that commercial where the college kid is applying for his first office job and he keeps referring to the interviewer as "Mr. Dumbass" (as in "I feel I can help your company do xy&z Mr. Dumbass.)

Then the boss breaks in and says BTW that's "Mr. Doomoss."
