How to Avoid APS?

Yes you will get medical records requested "here and there"

2-3 times per year would be expected if you are running FE full time

It's unfortunate .. but the phone screens are not perfect

Not if you properly field underwrite each candidate.

APS's with simplified issue whole life products usually results when there is something screwy in the MIB.

If you get something screwy on a POS call, then call Aetna and get 'er done.

My man! Tried to do the "right" thing by Settlers the other day...wrote the wife a bronze, hubby qualified for Gold. Did the enhanced POS and it got deferred. Rang up Aetna...done and done. Gave Settlers 2 weeks, APS pending...thank you Aetna

Will Amcon give me a quill pen when I write my first app though?

Looking forward to it. Hope I'm not forcing you to work on what's normally a day off.

2-3 times per year I can handle. I'm coming from 11 years in a captive fully-underwritten-only gig. The worst thing about fu is waiting on/chasing down aps, imo. Aps on roughly half of all applications. But if siwl was gonna be the same deal, then forget it--not about to spend my working hours in the fe market AND endure aps chasing bullsht. That's why I originally asked in the op.
