All one has to do is read some of the posts by agents who's first language is English. Some are written so poorly that no one on here understands what they are saying.

Your written English is fine. Although it may not always be "perfect" one can still easily determine what you are saying. That is more than I can say for some others who post here.

I don't even know why and how this thread deteriorated to criticizing your written English.

Your writing is superior to a lot of the posts on here. You do not need to defend yourself, at least not to me.

I get so many leads that are only Spanish speaking. I wish I spoke Spanish, I could make a lot more money

If you stick with the big kahunas nationally, you are in good company. Training is adequate. Long term goals are achievable. Stick with the big companies. I think we all know who they are.

What do you do with your Spanish leads?

Well I had a guy who spoke spanish and I tried to get him to set appts for me but that didn't turn out too well.
Now I just type, "Sp" next to their name and usually never call them back. I'm hoping I'd run across an agent that speaks spanish

You sound like you will do just fine. However, I still say after that many years you should build your own business. Sounds like there are a couple agents here that could use a Spanish speaking agent to split business with. $$$
