Hi, I'm a solo independent agent in California (not a lead seller).
I had grand plans of kicking off 2018 by adding contractors to my book, so I had my assistant put together an excel sheet (using public records) of 1000 X dates in California to start. She finished the list the last week of December 2017.
I haven't called on the list because my 2018 Business Plan changed (focus on main street retail instead).
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do with these X dates, since it seems a waste to just delete them and I'd like to recoup at least a percentage of my costs in having the list created?
Resell them at a steep discount or just toss them?
