Many of my clients think it's a good service when they walk in our office with a claim and walk out 10 minutes later with a check for payment in full. Maybe Geico can do the same thing but I doubt it. just one small thing that makes an agent better than a direct writer
That undoubtedly is good service.
I was under the impression most claims were handled by the carrier, not the agent themselves. Just to be clear on this point, what you're saying is that if I was insured by your agency, had a claim, then walked into your office you would be able to cut a check in full for the claim? Carriers don't mind that and/or want to handle claims themselves?
