Leave it to the experienced agents. There's the easy way and there's the hard way.

And then there is the non-agent who decides to be snarky to agents rather than just leave it alone since the person asking now has several answers that work. In the future one way or the other may be the easy or hard way depending on the circumstances. And I am sure the agent who asked that question is smart enough to figure out which is which.
