In Search of Help and Direction

Hi Stephanie and Joshua,
if you need sales training that you cannot get anywhere else, you can give me a shout, I always do free consults, helps to tweak your mindset a bit.

If you'd like to talk about the Life side, you can give me an email. I won't try and recruit you, I don't have any plans for new agents anyway but I can tell you what you need to do and I'm local in Raleigh.

Seriously, could you be more vague in these answers? Is there a directory of information available? I have checked numerous websites and have yet to find information on gaining appointments within said companies. So do I just contact a customer service number or what? I thought that this was supposed to be a forum for assistance no wasting my time!

If you want to work the senior citizen market, let me know. 540-241-1702

I agree, you need to decide whether you are going to sell life or health ...

I personally went with life insurance.

It's really easy to understand ... I don't know much about health sales, so I couldn't tell you much about that.

If you focus on life insurance, then you need to sign on with a few companies. I personally recommend Foresters, Settlers, Colorado Bankers, Royal Neighbors of America etc. I have about 7 companies i carry in my bag but those are my main companies right now. Some companies are better with certain illnesses.

It's best to sign under a broker because they can usually give you a higher contract than the company itself.

I hope that helped some.
