In search of IMO

Is it just me, or is the IMO/FMO arena going a little crazy with consolidation? I mean, every time I turn around the Integrity gang is hopping on a private jet to acquire a new agency.

Hey Tom, how do you decide which FMO to recommend?

1) Find out their goals, needs, etc.

2) Go over the bullet points of each Agency / Platform ( some States are exclusive )

3) Let them decide what next step they want to take.
