70/female. Never had any heart surgeries or attacks, but she takes Isosorbide & insulin. good height and weight. Anyone would give her level or even graded?

she had chest pains several years ago and they gave it to her to prevent heart attacks. Never had any heart related issues or surgeries. She started insulin 10 years ago.

If the isosorbide is for angina, Transamerica standard or graded based on the application and the Rx Guide. If the angina was diagnosed more than 2 years ago, it may go standard. If less than two years, it will be graded because of the recent diagnosis AND insulin.

That is as I read Trans's materials. Now, get the case in the hands of a Trans underwriter, and your guess is as good as mine (or the underwriter's for that matter.

Read section C4 of the application and see the Trans Prescription guide to check for yourself and see what you think.

I was going to use Trans she lives near DC which is a few hours away, and they won't allow phone sales. Sigh.

Liberty Bankers allows phone sales. She should be able to get modified whole life benefit with the isosorbide.

ACI(Level if no heart or circulatory disorders-HBP OK, with heart conditions ROP), Bankers Fidelity Level Standard, if more than 50 units daily decline), Foresters(Level), KSKJ(Level Standard), Oxford, Sentinel Security(Graded).

These are possibilities. If she has Angina, that'll KO Foresters and Oxford.
