So, many of the problems that agents have with Trans is simply because they do not understand Trans.

Trans has the same problem

Trans is a company that I would love to love, in spite of the no POS, no eApp, and an app that is longer than my MA Thesis. But they keep giving me the cold shoulder. However, I just did get some good Trannie love (that's for monkey ... and possibly wino ) in that they approved two tough cases as applied for. So maybe they're coming around to me

To Trans's credit, the young lady who took my call was very pleasant and as baffled as I was by why this app would have been marked as not in good order. Clearly the C1 tobacco question was answered in the manner required to support the rate class applied for. Also, you can see that she quickly "waived" the requirement and passed this application along.

But this is what I mean about me and Trans. I can scrub ab app so that it is so clean you can see your reflection in it, but someone there will mark something as not in good order just to slow my apps down through underwriting. I am not making this stuff up ... you couldn't if you wanted to!

Again, I would love to love Trans. They have some super niches, and they are priced very well. I like the way they treat your pay throughs. But ... but ... but ...

Will your upline call them and give them hell on your behalf? Is this the only 3 apps that you've submitted with them and all 3 have had problems? Or is this just as of late?

I have not asked my upline to to do any such thing. Besides, everyone at Trans who speaks with me treats me so nicely! This is not the only three apps I have submitted. This is three out of five or six apps I have submitted to Trans in the past three weeks.

No, no.....I'm not trying to be that way at all. I do truly hope it gets better for him. Trans can be a PITA to work with for sure and then to top it off you get things like he is going through for no apparent reason. It really sucks, especially when Trans' product is actually a great product to have in your bag.

I think Todd and I are all good now. I just didn't like getting my nose tweaked by the suggestion that I had been careless with my Trans apps. Trust me ... I know what happens when I'm careless with a Trans app (did I mention I'm pretty new at this). As Todd said, that is why it has been especially frustrating for me when I send in apps scrubbed so clean they shine and still Trans finds imaginary problems to slow my cases down.

That being said, Trans has taken a couple of what I thought were real difficult cases from me recently, so I can't complain as much as I might otherwise be tempted to do.
