Insurance and Credit History

If some states don't allow it, they soon will... Most of the big insurance carriers are using credit as thier way to determine rates and coverage.

I doubt California will ever allow it. I'd like to see it, my clients even understand it, but, it's still not allowed. Heck, they are working on ways to make accidents not count against you.
