If you've been an agent for 26 years and you don't have the money for a lawyer, you're doing it wrong. That doesn't even seem possible.Yes, that is correct I was trying to describe someone who works for the company. I don't have the money for a lawyer and the one's I have talked to say based on their experience, contracts are written favoring those who write them...i.e. the insurance company. So a new agent coming aboard either signs what they give him or he doesn't get the appointment. Someone told me I should have said African-American and yet one of my friends said they would prefer black. Totally confused by all this bs. And it's not anyone of any color, religion, gender, race that I'm upset with...it's whoever came up with the very idea I was being a racist without even ever meeting me, talking over the phone, or asking anyone I associate with to get the real truth. Instead I get an email from someone I have never heard saying I was terminated due to " communication"?! The irony.
Apparently they did you a big favor even though they did it in a dumb over reaction way. Go elsewhere and make big money.
