Integrity has really become the elephant in the room. They have so much as far as resources for marketing, IT, etc. But the reason why they continue to grow through acquisition is because they know that despite all of their firepower, the value of the independent agency and those client relationships is huge.
And, just how has all these takeover/mergers benefited the agent? Anybody got a raise in commission, etc.?

Exactly all of these mergers do nothing for us the agent and or agency .. that is why more and more of us are combining our firepower ...There is another FMO/NMO looking for a sugar daddy to purchase them ...they will rake in millions and not one cent will go to the agents that build their agency ...And, just how has all these takeover/mergers benefited the agent? Anybody got a raise in commission, etc.?
