Integrity Marketing acquires Agent Pipeline...

I think a lot of these corporate employees deserve a lot better pay. Do you really expect somebody making $45,000 a year to provide the same level of a service as someone making more?

if you also want to expect to retain talented employees then the market requires them to be paid more and receive more incentive for their efforts.

As a single agent out running Leads and producing you probably don’t realize the importance of human infrastructure. But these large organizations need that, and I have no problem with them getting paid well for it.

I did not imply that the employees should not receive a bonus. You minimize my comments by implying that agents are stuipd not recognizing the importance of the MNO employees.

Again that single agent out running that single lead that again minimize is what makes it all work...again a simple thank you would go a long way..

Thank you. :)

Maryj let's try this to start.

1. NMO's do not sell products per sec. What they do is provide services for Independent agents. The agents do all of the heavy lifting.

I do not the begrudge any NMO for getting an override on my production. What I do get upset with is these mega companies like Integrity beating their chest and telling the world how great they are, how much they are paying out to their employess. Why is it important for a private company to tell the world how great they are other to get others to sell to them?

A big Thank You to the agents that made each and everyone them successful would have been a nice gesture.

So, when you build your agency and decide to sell it, what percentage of the sale will you be sending your IMO/FMOs? Just curious...as I like to look at things from both sides as I have been on both sides.

Did you choose to be an "Independent" agent or were you forced into it? Maybe if you go to work for a company, you too can get a bonus!

You can’t do business in the marketplace without doing business to some capacity under integrity as an independent agent.

Several of the Medicare supplement portals are based off of IAS software. Insurance admin services is owned by integrity. See?

All of my active contracts, save one, are carrier direct

I expect people to do their best no matter their pay rate. They knew what the pay was when they took the job and if it was not enough to justify them doing the best job they can do, they should not have taken the job.

You missed the point, just like Mary did. I stated a simple thank you to the agents would be a good gesture. If I ever do sell my agency and I have been approached, I will not be flaunting it in my agents faces telling them how great I was. I would show my appreciation but that is me.

I do not intend to give my NMO anything. They provided me contracts I made hundreds of thousands of dollars for them that they will continue to receive long after my agency is sold.

Todd, since you do not know my background you have no idea where I have worked and why I do what I do. Again you think I begrudge the bonus money I do not. I just think it is bullshit that a private company has to tell the world how great they are based how much money they distributed without thanking their agents that made them.

I think you miss the point too, but it's okay. Just keep in mind that you are an independent agent. If you were actually employed by your upline, then things would be different. You're not limited to a salary like the employees that got the bonus'. 1099 vs. W2....that's the point.

You are lazer focused in what you want to say versus reading what I said. Did you not read where I said I do not begrudge what the employees make. I said that Integrity does not need to go around pounding themselves on the chest telling the world how great they are. They are a private company today and zero need to do that. Not one word in the press release thanking their agents.

You can have the last word here regarding the content you elect to cherry pick.

. Not one word in the press release thanking their agents.
“Integrity is truly a company powered by people and we’re passionate about our culture of giving back,” said Steve Young, Integrity’s Chairman of the Board. “Without question, our motivated, dedicated employees and our 300,000 agents have made Integrity one of the fastest growing companies in America. We couldn't have done it without the agents. A big thank you to the agents. We couldn’t be happier to reward the agents with an extra 1% on commissions, and our employees contributions and dedication — and show them how appreciated they are by sharing in our growth.”

Looks like someone is laser focused on what they want to say vs reading what was printed . . . I believe some folks call that cherry picking . . .
