Integrity has their fingers with these organizations as well. Maybe not NAA, but the probably have at least a fingernail in there somewhere.
Just saw where they have merged with Senior Marketing Specialists owners. They will keep going to where they will be able to go to companies and say we will sell your product as your exclusive IMO/NMO and shuttle all the smaller IMOs to second tier companies. Agents will have no choice but to take whatever they offer in order to survive.
 
I have several contracts with SMS. There a very big outfit . So Integrity gets the back end renewals in exchange for ownership ? Does the imo still get the fyi override he was getting? So for ownership to pay off i'm assuming they'll go public? How can this be good news for insurance co's? This is like dealing with a company 20 times the size of life with 300k agents . I'm wondering if more company's will start offering direct contracts to avoid Integrity buying power ?
 
I wrote 100's of Medicare Advantage under AgentPipeline, nearly everyone of them 10 years ago or so. I have been trying to obtain a Release without One-Way Language in it, a Generic, General Release. Are there any executives who can escalate this?
 
Integrity Surprises Employees with $125 Million Payout and Equity Ownership in the Insurtech Leader

DALLAS – DECEMBER 21, 2021 – On the heels of a $1.2 billion minority equity investment and just in time for the holidays, Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (“Integrity”), an omnichannel insurtech leader in life, health and wealth solutions, today surprised its 5,500 employees with an unexpected $125 million in cash payouts to employees participating in the company’s Employee Ownership Plan.

Not one penny went to an agent. The NMO'S and their employees made that one. Not one penny will go to the actual independent agent that did the heavylifting.

1. NMO's do not sell products per sec. What they do is provide services for Independent agents. The agents do all of the heavy lifting.

I do not the begrudge any NMO for getting an override on my production. What I do get upset with is these mega companies like Integrity beating their chest and telling the world how great they are, how much they are paying out to their employess. Why is it important for a private company to tell the world how great they are other to get others to sell to them?

A big Thank You to the agents that made each and everyone them successful would have been a nice gesture.
 
I think a lot of these corporate employees deserve a lot better pay. Do you really expect somebody making $45,000 a year to provide the same level of a service as someone making more?

if you also want to expect to retain talented employees then the market requires them to be paid more and receive more incentive for their efforts.

As a single agent out running Leads and producing you probably don’t realize the importance of human infrastructure. But these large organizations need that, and I have no problem with them getting paid well for it.
 
Consider this.. Integrity is larger than many of the insurance companies they rep. This cannot end well for agents in the long run.:no:. JMHO.
 
You can’t do business in the marketplace without doing business to some capacity under integrity as an independent agent.


Several of the Medicare supplement portals are based off of IAS software. Insurance admin services is owned by integrity. See?
