I have some of my med sup contracts with EFES but they do not have med sup leads. They have been talking getting into med sup leads for a couple of years now but they never have figured out the formula to put it into place. I really think it's on the back burners now.

Everybody today wants to start at the top. It just doesn't work that way.

There are only 3 regional managers with EFES and they are not adding anymore. I don't know about the regional manager thing. Never heard of one of those.

Everyone at EFES is under one of the 3 regional directors. You can go directly under them or have layers between you and the RD. The more layers, the less your commission.

Eric is the President and COO of EFES. He is a former agent and is top of line as far as honesty and transparency. He is simply an honorable man. There are very few people you can say that about in this business, but he is one of them.
