No joke. Go the the Merrel thread in the general forum. She didn't know it was you. She was just told they have an agent in LA that she could shadow.
She doesn't need to shadow anyone anyway, she's "got this".

All this talk about EFES drove to looking at their website again. They have changed it and looks great but what caught my eye is that they now publish the people that have qualified for their various "club" levels. Noticed JD is the only one that personally produced over 200K new business each year for 3 consecutive years.. 2010, 2011 and 2012. Man is an FE machine..

WoW...that might be 1 of the funniest threads Ive ever read, and there's been some funny threads here. WoW! How did u guys find that, I never go to the general insurance forum.
Im glad she rather do it on her own....im not comfortable "training" someone (although I would do it for Shannon) if Im not a top FE sales person, just seems like they arent getting the best example! I believe I will be there 1 day soon, but Im not as of now...so I always feel weird about that.

TD, we have been going a little crazy with Mah. She was going sign a WFG,with a 55% contract. Took us a lot of back and fourth, to get her to see the light. She has been a sport, and has taken our advice. All kidding a side, we all want her succeed. You,actually would be a good person for her to shadow. You can still relate to a newbie.
