If any of you have a Form Tools formatted version of any of the following TEXAS applications/replacement forms, I'll be happy to return the favor with the ones I've made.

Needing:
American Continental Whole Life
Monumental Solutions
Oxford Assurance
Settlers Gold, Silver, Bronze

I have some field tested, personally-designed apps and replacement forms for Assurity LifeScape , Royal Neighbors SIWL/GDB, Americo Ultra Protector, and Foresters PlanRight that I'll give you in exchange.

And if you're an FE agent not using an iPad, well you don't know what you're missing, broseph.

Does Texas have special apps?

I have all the ones you need but for Indiana and Kentucky.

Looks like the Oxford app is the same between Texas and Indiana & Kentucky, but there are Texas specific apps for the other three.

Thanks, Newby. You probably have all the ones you need, but if you need me to send you any of my .form templates, let me know.

I'll PM you with my email.

Not to get into ipad v Droid.

Is there a difference between the two as far as insurance agent needs go?

The ipad works great. I would love to try out a Droid but I'm not going to buy one since the ipad does it all. The big feature that it could use though is having multiple apps open at the same time. The Palm/HP did great with that but they have already given up and discontinued it.

There are some crazy deals out there on Droids.

This may sound like a stupid question, but do you need an extra device to collect the signature. I have an iPad, but am not using it for business. Seems like a great way to go paperless.

No. The ipad IS the device. You can do it with your finger but I recommend getting a stylus pen to look more professional.

Just watched the video on the Form Tools website. I think this will be my new obsession.

I've had this iPad sitting around for about a year and have really only used it for Angry Birds.

Looking forward to getting it set up for next week. I'm assuming you just have all of your different rate charts downloaded to the iPad as well?
