imho, it is fine to do your due diligence, and I think you will find that in the insurance industry, just like in all direct sales, 95% of all of those who "try" will fail.
That said, it doesn't mean that you are destined to be among that 95%. BUT that will take action, not analyzation.

I agree that certain things need to be checked out. The IMO you pick, phone sales or face to face, etc...
But a non licensed agent shouldn't care about what an avatar is, what this is, how do I get that, etc...
Make a decision to go for it, and go get the license. Then call up whatever IMO you have decided to go with and follow their SYSTEM! If they tell you not to work Avatar leads, then you shouldn't work Avatar. Also my agency and some others have group chat. You get to talk to other agents with the group and get their thoughts on things as well.
Talk to people that are successful at doing what it is you want to do.

No need to put a man's personal failings on the forum. I've never had to declare bankruptcy (Praise God!) but plenty of successful people have and bounced back. One can bash him for it or look at the bright side. The bright side being that he dusted himself off, got up on his feet, and he and his wife kept their marriage together. I call that a happy ending and beginning at the same time.
p.s.- Maybe it wasn't a happy ending for the banks, but who cares? F**k 'em.
Just shows that he isn't as successful as he self proclaims. I imagine his Carriers aren't going to like the fact that he is using the 7 vs an 11 or 13 where he repays certain debts . . .

What you described is a true Avatar lead, meaning there is true interaction. Some leads described as Avatar leads don't have any interactions at all except maybe for someone starting or stopping the playback or flagging it as valid. But when they talk over people, have long pauses and refuse to answer questions it really seems robotic. It might make sense if the ones with genuine interaction were deemed valid.

In the abstract you are correct. But this is different. That POS puts everyone down, brags about all his supposed wealth and supremacy over others and then is actually a failure. It's fair game in that case.

I figured JD and Tony and others would be having their own little circle jerk this weekend. LOL So pathetic. I actually have a life where I enjoy time and not sit on the forum.
It's funny how everyone on here always talks like they "know it all" and "have connections". It's so sad yet amusing.
Have fun. I have never held back on my/our success in FE AND Telesales. Everything is easy to see about the firm and it's success.
I'm mean I could follow t-row's path and try this...then that...then this...then that and talk a big game. Me? I talk a big game AND back it up all day long.
It also makes me laugh the hardest when turds like Tony think they can try and somehow bring me down by calling this carrier or that manager etc... like a child. IT's never worked. I've been doing this waaaaaaay to long. Again, Tony....you're not even close to being in the same league as me.
As far as anything else....my personal life is great and rankly has never been better. So keep up the guessing and coming to whatever ideas and conclusions most of you losers want to. If that what makes your shitty life and lack of success feel better...then I'm glad I can help. LOLOL!!!!!
