Is It Common for an FMO to Have "exclusive" with a Major Grocery Store for AEP Marketing?

I paid for 3 stores, a walmart, a winn dixie and a walgreens and between the 3 agents they wrote a total of 70 apps, a mix of supps, rx and mapd. Its worth it for them because they do not do well just figuring it out, its easier for them to sit in one place.

Hey. If an agent wants to sit at a store and write 20ish apps, good for them!

Better then the ones whining because they don't have leads.
