NAA does have a lead program. And from the agent's that I have recruited, I hear the same story. It's pretty bad! So I'm glad that I am in a position to help other agent's out by putting them in a better situation. As long as you can really embrace our system and just duplicate it, you could have some great success. We have agent's all over the map that are producing 10k,15k,20k, & some even higher every month. Nothing wrong with that as long as you spend some time actually contributing to the forum before recruiting. Help some people out with placing some cases, that would be a good start.

That is very true. That is where you should start, before trying to recruit here. Right now you are just a telemarketer. That is all we know about you. Show us that you know something of value.

The guys on here that are recruiting the agents that are actually writing business, have earned their business. Try that.

Yes, they are. I still get email blasts from them and they almost always have something abolut Baltimore Life in them.
