Is search and save worth switching to?

Why are you squaring up at me? I don't have your system.

But I do have both Connecture and Sunfire intergrated with my Medicare Pro account. So what am I missing?
I’m not.

I’m not. I’m defending what we built that is agent built and serviced and will not mine sell or share an agents data.
What you may be missing is accurate data especially in provider search.
A better user experience than Medicare pro that many agents are learning to come to us
I’d like to invite you to learn more about our system and take a 30 day free trial with no credit card needed

Search & Save has done a ton of work to give agents an accurate experience and save time. You say you like Connecture. That is great because we get all of our MA plan, drug, and pharmacy data from them!
You say Connectures provider data is no good. Your correct! Sunfire is worse! We built the first provider and facility search engine in the industry with the worldwide leader in such data; Zelis. They get the data directly from the carrier servers and since inception of this search engine in 2019 we have a 97% footprint in National and Regional carriers provider data that is updated regularly.
It can be true that we are slower than other systems, but at the end of the day do you want to be accurate or fast? I don't think we get complaints to CMS because we were too slow....right?

I want to be fastcurate..not a techy but wouldn't more computing power or better code speed things up?

I haven't used S&S but they can't control the API response time from a third party regardless of what improvements are made on their end. I know from experience that CSG's API is slow. Not sure about the other sources they're using.

You should consider using us for provider lookup. We have been even more accurate than the carriers themselves! We use the worldwide leader in provider and facility data; Zelis. They get the data directly from the carrier servers so it is accurate and updated regularly.
We have added a new provider filter that can be used to filter plans by the providers you enter. It will return plans that take at least one of more providers entered.
It is the very first time ever the best plan data in the industry (Connecture) can be filtered by the most accurate provider data (Zelis)
Is it fast? No, but do you want accuracy or speed. The other systems may be faster, but you know they are not as accurate.
I never heard of CMS giving out violations for being too slow....right?

Caveat, not an agent.

Given all the data breaches lately, including one with Social Security and several financial organizations due to a 3rd party data transfer service being hacked, how secure are the Zelis platorm and your platform against data hacks. It seems like the data you gather would be a very attractive hacking target

If you offer MAPD, it’s a no brainer. You have to have it if you want to offer more than 2 MAPD plans. I can “quickly” find out which plans my clients 3 doctors accept.

And Don, you’re not poor. It’s $35 month. You don’t have to learn a new system. I don’t use it as my CRM because they are lacking automation. Use it for doctor searches, and drugs if you want to. If you hate it after aep, get rid of it. The learning curve just for those two things are a cinch.
