If you are contracted directly to SL your commission would be less than if under a hierarchy. Most carriers use this business model. The hierarchy absorbs debt so SL (or any other carrier) has zero risk with this model.

My contract is thru Elsberry. But my comm. % would be much higher that Jay Crockett's. 19 year proven FE veterans always command higher contracts than newbies. You sure like to twist words. You don't do this with your prospects do you?

I'm not under Craig. My contracts run thru Rob his father, after all he has the biggest agency with SL and has the most clout. I said I've been with the Powell's since 1999. Didn't mean to hit a nerve earlier about your med school short comings.
I think it's safe to say that most of us up here believe you ARE the sharpest knife in the drawer.
