Is there anything better then white pages premium?

You know its real frustrating when you have a client you need to reach but cant


WP premium used to be good but has become basically useless last couple years

Sometimes I am trying to reach clients that maybe changed numbers or address I can remember the last time I got good info from WP premium

I have a client today for instance, She when she signed up in 2016 was stuck on havening a name she heard of and we did Aetna, Now the premium has gone up a lot over the last few years I have been trying to reach her, But none of the numbers work letter are not responded to not sure if its a wrong address

Kills me because I know I can help her by near $100 per month saving, and she is not the only one where the info is no good any more

I need a good way to get contact info for these clients

Check the carrier for change of address and phone #.

If I look in portal its the same info

Would you think I need to call then for updated info?

I dont know I ever seen updated info in portals I know I have clients that moved out of OG states I would have to remember who to check on that

I've seen updated info on Aetna's sites.

You could call the carrier to see if anything has changed.
