Anything with a decent base (like that) is usually a great deal. It's more of a job and less of a situation where you're owning your business, but there is nothing wrong with having a good job.

Sounds like a great deal.....maybe too good to be true...not to put your hopes down or anything. Which company is this?

I own an agency and would never pay this much...especially the renewals. Jump on it if it is in fact accurate.

Ya, I bet this is a new Farmers gimmick or something, I think Country Companies has a base salary and small commission rate.
