Big deal? No big deal?

An agent advises his client that is in the process of purchasing a business that he wants to obtain the sellers loss runs and the claims adjusters information for the current sellers carrier.

He advises him that he will find out the details on claims and tell the buyer what employees not to rehire when the sale goes through based on the information the adjuster provides.

how do you think you will get the loss runs from someone else policy?

WHy would that company or agent give you that info? You can certainly ask, but I wouldnt give that info up, in fact, its probally illegal to do so
