Is Wellbutrin(Bupropion) an Auto-decline with Genworth and John H.?

At the risk of re-opening this thread, I just came across a bi-polar person supposedly well controlled on Abilify, Zoloft, and Lamectil (apparently not just for seizures).

So far, everyone but TransAmerica will auto decline on the use of Abilify (anti-psychotic) or the bi-polar label. MOO, JH, MedA, LifeSecure, GNW all said no. TA says three years stable and then a definite Class 1 maybe.

I am sure his medical records will reveal all sorts of ugly stuff that he will not disclose, but does anyone know of any of the off brand or A++ carriers that would even consider? Not sure if he is an annuity candidate.

Hoping Mr Ed or Jack might have an idea.

Thanks

Experience has shown me to NEVER trust Transamerica's underwriting department.

Another option would be to tell this guy to give up all his meds for 3 years. Have him lock himself in a closet so he won't hurt himself and then reapply when he's let out.

Just a thought...............
