Do your best to get a phone number. Try looking it up through Argali.com; It's a program that looks at several databases at the same time.

If they tell you to send them something by mail, just simply tell them that would be like trying to give them a haircut over the phone...it just won't work!

If you just can't find that phone number, save it for when you are in that area and drop by. Have a bunch of cards in your hand (for that area) when you go. Start shuffling through them and ask them if they know "so and so" that's close by. Sometimes that puts them a bit more at ease to talk with you.

Do the take away....volunteer the information that you can not meet with them today, but would be more than happy to schedule a time with them.

If they still don't want to talk with you then go on down the line; NEXT!

If all that slick stuff does not work, try "feel, felt, found" or go right into the Assumed Close. Or be a refreshing change an "Do the right thing because it's simply the right thing to do." Just my 2 cents.

Just send them a post card stating that you have been trying to get in touch with them to give them some important information. Make sure you have Caller ID on your phone.
